rxDSIP is an editorial digest of the DSIP research literature, and we welcome the kind of message that makes a digest better: a correction, a question about how we read a particular study, a peer-reviewed paper we should have included, or a note about a broken citation link. We read every message of that kind and update the pages when the literature warrants it.

What we cannot help with

Medical, clinical, and dosing questions are the one thing this desk cannot take, and questions about how to use DSIP fall with them — there is no clinic here, no clinician on staff, and no consultation to be had. It sells no DSIP and no product, and it cannot help with sourcing, purchasing, vendors, or pricing; messages of that kind go unanswered. For any health concern, including sleep problems, the right reader is a qualified healthcare professional. This remit begins and ends at the published literature.
